This 1950 Westcraft Coronado is truely a show stopper. Built specifically for the 2017 SEMA Show, this trailer is as much a functional home on wheels as a rolling piece of art.
The all new exterior aluminum was professionally painted to SEMA standards using Axalta refinishing materials. The body was removed, the frame was reinforced and painted, new axel installed along with jacks, skid wheels. The exterior combination of polished aluminum, Root Beer & Champange paint colors, are accented with a dark Olive color in the pin-stripping and on the wheels. Cone hubs and DB white walls help finish off the vintage look. We sourced vintage aluminum bumpers which were polished to a mirror shine, along with custom fabricated aluminum rock guards on the front of the trailer. Vintage propane tanks were recertified and refinished in Champange. All of the exterior trim pieces, light fixtures, decals were restored to original. All of the windows and doors were also meticulously restored to original specs. A vintage style fabric awning completes the exterior.
The interior features all new wiring, insulation and plumbing. New underlayment was installed and then finished off with commercial grade Marmoleum in a two toned pattern.
